Practical advices
To be reassured that your health state sill keep up during the journey,
consult your physician before departure. The latter will adapt a possible
treatment as per the duration of your stay,
and will provide you with specific hygiene rules to follow.
Take
your medicines in sufficient quantities (even little more) according to the
duration of
your journey . If your treatment requires injections, carry away syringes and
needles, but ask
for a medical attestation from your physician in order to avoid problems at
borders.
In
the plane,
keep your little pharmacy with your handbags. By that you avoid losing
your
remedies in case your suitcases decide to stay at the transit stop!
The vaccination is necessary in case of
injuries in zone of possible
contagion
(all countries with a less elevated hygiene level, except in Latin
America).
